Our Centralized Engineering Department
We consistently leverage our in-house engineering capabilities throughout all our projects, including the development of designs from 60% to 100%, the preparation of issued-for-construction, shop, and as-built drawings, reviewing third-party design documents, coordinating utilities, detecting clashes, managing vendor coordination, reviewing vendor drawings, and utilizing BIM & REVIT for 3D modeling.
