Our policies reflect our commitment to integrity, employee well-being, and sustainable practices, in full compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations, including Article 14 of the Saudi Labor Law (prohibiting forced labor) and Article 160 (prohibiting child labor).
Zero Tolerance for Slavery and Child Labor
• Strict enforcement of policies prohibiting forced labor, child exploitation, and unethical practices, in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Anti-Human Trafficking Law and International Labour Organization (ILO) standards.
• Compliance required from employees, contractors, and suppliers, with regular audits to ensure adherence to Saudi Labor Law and Vision 2030’s labor reforms.
Protecting Human Rights and Promoting Equality
