Partnership with the Saudi Council of Engineers

Saudi Contracting Pioneers Initiative

o Partnering with Tarmeem to improve renovation projects and support local startups.
o Empowering local businesses and driving innovation in maintenance and rehabilitation, in alignment with LCGPA policies and SME Support Programs.

Local Content & Government Procurement Authority (LCGPA)

o Increasing the Saudi workforce percentage within Astra Construction and its affiliates.
o Enhancing service quality by developing local suppliers and contractors.
o Utilizing national initiatives to localize jobs and build local capabilities through training programs.
