· Design and construction of a state-of-the-art Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).

· Pretreatment, biological treatment, and tertiary filtration processes.

· Sludge treatment and management systems.

· Odour control and environmental mitigation systems.

· Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control (ME&I) systems.

· Process automation and intelligent monitoring systems.

· Utility connections and supporting infrastructure.

· Civil, structural, and architectural works.

· Operator facilities and associated service buildings.

· Landscaping and external site development.

· Testing, commissioning, and operational readiness of all treatment systems.

· Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation and digital coordination.

· Quality assurance, construction management, and multidisciplinary project coordination throughout project delivery.
