Assets Connectivity

The AlMutadil Equestrian Village – Asset Connectivity (Project AC1) is a strategically important infrastructure development supporting the Royal Commission for AlUla's (RCU) vision of transforming AlUla into a world-class destination for heritage, tourism, culture, and equestrian excellence. Serving as the enabling infrastructure package for the AlMutadil Equestrian Village, the project establishes an integrated network of transportation and utility systems that will support the long-term operation, connectivity, and future expansion of this flagship destination. Designed to complement AlUla's unique natural landscape and cultural heritage, the development combines innovative engineering solutions, sustainable infrastructure, and resilient utility networks to deliver a future-ready asset aligned with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 objectives.

The project is delivered with a strong emphasis on engineering excellence, environmental stewardship, and sustainable development. Through the application of advanced infrastructure planning, comprehensive quality management systems, and rigorous environmental and heritage protection measures, every phase of the project is executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational performance. Upon completion, the AlMutadil Equestrian Village – Asset Connectivity Project will provide the essential infrastructure backbone for one of Saudi Arabia's premier equestrian destinations, supporting long-term regional development while preserving AlUla's unique environmental and cultural identity.

Scope of Work

• Design and construction of the Asset Connectivity infrastructure network.

• Access roads and transportation infrastructure.

• Electrical distribution and utility power systems.

• Potable water and fire water distribution networks.

• Wastewater collection and treatment infrastructure.

• ICT and telecommunications infrastructure.

• Irrigation and landscape utility networks.

• Civil, mechanical, and utility infrastructure works.

• Drainage and stormwater management systems.

• Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) reuse infrastructure.

• Utility corridors and associated enabling works.

• Environmental, geotechnical, flood risk, and heritage protection measures.

• Testing, commissioning, and operational readiness of all infrastructure systems.

• Quality assurance, construction management, and multidisciplinary project coordination throughout project delivery.
