Infrastructure Project: Roads & Highways
375 West Hegra Road & Infrastructure Development
The project involves downgrading Highway 375 into a single-lane two-way road with roundabouts, cycle paths, and traffic safety measures, alongside utility installations (power, water, drainage, and telecom networks). It includes sustainable road materials, site-won aggregates, and hard/soft landscaping to blend with Hegra’s natural environment. Key deliverables include reconstructed roads, integrated pedestrian and cycling pathways, utility networks, and environmentally sensitive designs compliant with UNESCO preservation guidelines, supporting AlUla’s transformation into a sustainable tourism and heritage destination aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
