Fixed Base Operator Hanger Airport - Phase 1A

Building upon and continue works started in Phase 1, 2) Civil works, foundations (extension of steel structure column footings) and structural slab on grade, (were carried out during Phase 1 and are to be utilized in this Phase 1a) 3) Structural steel frame and required elevated slabs for the new 1st floor. 4) Expansion of the roof to cover the new expanded spaces and associated parapet wall. 5) Completion of the design for all MEP’s, I.T., etc as required for the completed facility. 6) Procurement and installation of all the above MEP systems / equipment etc. 7) Construction of all interior spaces and finishes as detailed in the Architectural design package (to be undertaken by LDC, Egis), 8) Refinement of exterior / hardscape as may be required for completed facility. 9) All necessary servicing requirement for regular operational regulatory compliance. 10) Construction of all interior spaces and finishes as detailed in the Architectural design package (package by others). 11) Construction of new exterior façade as detailed in the Architectural design package (to be undertaken by LDC, Egis) 12) Complete inspection, testing & commissioning of all of the above for handover to RCU upon completion.
