Habitas Hotel

We successfully delivered the Habitas Hotel, a 100-keys luxury resort in AlUla for the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU), as part of Saudi Vision 2030’s initiative to transform AlUla into a global tourism destination. The project involved the on-site assembly of prefabricated structures, including 35 Royal Suites and 65 Desert Suites, along with comprehensive site infrastructure, MEP installations, and resort facilities, all designed to blend seamlessly with the natural landscape. This eco-friendly, turnkey project sets a new benchmark for sustainable luxury hospitality in the region by delivering a fully operational luxury resort through modular and sustainable construction.
